Campaign Architecture
Four drip campaigns covering onboarding through early recovery. Shared emails (O1, O2, Intake Reminder) appear in both onboarding paths. Each email fires max 1x/week. E3–E6 not yet drafted.
This is how emails render in-inbox. All emails follow this structure: branded header → affirmation block → body copy → single CTA → symptom prompt → footer with disclaimer. Below this sample, all emails are shown as copy-focused review cards.

Early Recovery · C-Section
Weekly emails for weeks 1–6 after C-section delivery. One email per week, alternating with check-ins (check-ins out of scope). E3a–E6a not yet drafted — shown as placeholders.
Hi {{first_name}},
You just had major surgery and brought a whole new person into the world. That deserves more credit than anyone will probably give you this week — so let us say it: you did something extraordinary.
Right now, your body is focused on one thing — healing your incision from the inside out. The best thing you can do this week is rest, manage your pain, and take short walks around the house when you're up for it. Even a few minutes helps circulation and supports recovery.
If you haven't had a bowel movement yet, stool softeners can help — it's one of the most common early recovery hurdles, and there's no reason to tough it out.

Hi {{first_name}},
Your incision is healing — even if it doesn't feel like it yet. By now, the tenderness should be easing a little, and you might notice your bleeding getting lighter in color. Both are signs your body is doing exactly what it's supposed to do.
This week, try walking for 5–10 minutes twice a day if you can. It doesn't need to be outside — around the house counts. And if someone tells you to "rest while you can," listen to them. Rest isn't laziness right now. It's recovery.
See this week's guidance →If your baby blues haven't started to lift, or if something feels heavier than just tired — that's worth paying attention to. Your Care Concierge is here to talk it through.

Early Recovery · Vaginal
Weekly emails for weeks 1–6 after vaginal delivery. One email per week, alternating with check-ins (check-ins out of scope). E3b–E6b not yet drafted — shown as placeholders.
Hi {{first_name}},
However your birth went — fast, slow, exactly as planned or nothing like it — you made it to the other side. That matters, and we're glad you're here.
This week is about letting your body begin to heal. Soreness and bleeding are both normal right now. If you had any tearing, a peri-bottle with warm water after using the bathroom will be your best friend.
Short walks when you feel ready — even just around the house — help with circulation and recovery. There's no checklist this week. Just rest, eat, hydrate, and let people help you.

Hi {{first_name}},
By now, the soreness should be starting to ease. Your bleeding is likely lighter — shifting from red to pink or brown — and if you had tearing, healing is underway even if it still feels tender.
This is a good week to try slightly longer walks — 10 to 15 minutes, once or twice a day. Keep up with your peri-bottle routine, and keep hydrating. If constipation or hemorrhoids are still bothering you, stool softeners and warm sitz baths can help.
