Your Recovery Journey: 4 Phases
Phase 1: Early Recovery (0-6 Weeks)
Focus on healing from birth, establishing feeding routines, and building emotional stability. You'll receive weekly check-ins with guidance on safe activities, critical symptom monitoring, and support for this intensive phase.
Phase 2: Intermediate Recovery (7-12 Weeks)
After your 6-week clearance, gradually return to pre-pregnancy fitness, build endurance and strength, and establish sustainable routines that work with your new life.
Phase 3: Extended Recovery (4-6 Months)
Rebuild strength and stamina, return to pre-pregnancy activities, manage the transition back to work (if applicable), and address any lingering physical or emotional needs.
Phase 4: Long-term Wellness (6-12 Months)
Restore full physical capability, establish sustainable self-care routines, support ongoing mental wellness, and build long-term healthy habits for yourself and your family.
